Your Northeast Texas Subscription Box will be delivered to your door the 4th Saturday of each month. It will be delivered in rain, sleet, snow, big foot sightings, and holidays. Please leave out a cooler with ice for the delivery driver.

You earn credits to choose your food items from the list provided.  Each item is worth 1 credit unless otherwise noted.  Please enter the number of orders in the blank space under each item (for example, if an item is worth 3 credits and you want 1 order of that item, then enter 1 in the space.

Footprints Farm Box members are automatically charged on Friday the week before their delivery.   For example, for delivery on 2/28 you will be charged on 2/21.

A survey is sent out to subscribers on the 25th of each month with the available selections for the upcoming month’s box. Your Farm box is customizable as you see fit. 

A meal feeds 2 people for 1 meal.

Small = 2-3 meals

Medium = 5-10 meals

Large = 10-20 meals

Your card will be automatically charged every 30 days from the date you signed up.  Preferences to pick your box items will go out on the 20th of every month.  If you signed up for your subscription box after the 20th, then your first delivery will be the following month.  If you need to cancel please notify us 5 days before your payment is scheduled.  If payment is declined, you will receive an email from us for alternate payment.  If we do not receive alternate payment, your subscription will be canceled.

Our farm is not USDA certified organic, however the means that we raise our animals and grow our produce is to use all natural and regenerative methods. The barrier for a farm to be certified organic is nearly impossibly high and expensive. As a regenerative farm, we are not even able to, by law, describe what we do as “organic” in any way. But we can assure you that what we are doing goes beyond any “faux” labeling claims we could make. We use no synthetic fertilizers, pesticides or herbicides. We often utilize our “waste” streams to feed our livestock such as giving cracked eggs to the pigs or utilizing spent brewers grain.  We also give our animals 24/7 outside access.  This is in direct contrast to the government labeled and certified food that allows animals to be raised in confinement in their own manure, toxic air, and in a warehouse 24/7.

If you want to cancel your subscription simply send an email to [email protected] and we will cancel your Farm Box subscription.  Please note: if your subscription is canceled, you may not be able to renew for a period of time and you will be subject to a $10 one time setup fee.  It is better to have a friend, neighbor or family member accept your box delivery for you if you cannot accept it.

Of course! But we will only provide delivery to one address, take one payment in full and pack into one box. Whatever you decide to do after that is totally okay with us.

What If I am On Vacation or want to pause my subscription?
You ARE allowed to pause your subscription just send us an email to postpone payment until the next month.  We ask that you do not abuse this right. This is because it requires us to manually pause and restart your order which gets tricky with lots of members. In addition, the farms rely on your subscription to pay the bills. One option is you can have a friend or family member receive your box and pick it up from your address on Sunday. If you don’t have perishables (ie bread, mushrooms, produce) then your friend can store your box until you get back in town.

You are also welcome to have your box delivered to a family member, neighbor, or friend for delivery that month. Please notify us in advance & provide us their local delivery address.

All of our box subscribers have home delivery included on the first Friday of the month.  There is no additional charge for home delivery.  Please be sure to leave out a cooler with ice on your porch for our driver to drop your products.

Preferences to pick your box items will go out on the 20th of every month.  If you signed up for your subscription box after the 20th, then your first delivery will be the following month.  If you do not select any choices of preferences, we will send you several email reminders.  If you do not respond by the day before delivery, we will select your choices for you.
