Tender and flavorful, our Boston Butt pork is ideal for sharing with family and friends. A quick pan sear, and perhaps a special brine, the roasts are best cooked in low heat for a few hours. Save these beauties for those cheery Sunday morning slow cooks. However, they do well in pressure cookers during the weekday as well. Like all of our pork cuts, these come from heritage pigs that spent their whole lives out in pasture and forest on a no corn, no soy non-GMO diet.
