Tender and flavorful, our roasts pork is ideal for sharing with family and friends. A quick pan sear, and perhaps a special brine, the roasts are best cooked in low heat for a few hours. Save these beauties for those cheery Sunday morning slow cooks. However, they do well in pressure cookers during the weekday as well. Specifically collar roasts are a triangular cut from the neck to the loin. Collar roasts are often a favorite for competitive barbecues. Like all of our pork cuts, these come from heritage pigs that spent their whole lives out in pasture and forest on a no corn, no soy non-GMO diet.
