We reserve the right to:
* Refuse or cancel any order
* Limit order quantities
* Cancel orders due to pricing errors
* Cancel orders due to payment authorization issues
If your order is cancelled after payment, you will receive a refund of the amount paid.

All payments must be received before products are released unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Refund, Cancellation & Pickup Policy
Due to the perishable nature of our meat, poultry, eggs, and other farm products:
* All sales are final unless otherwise stated.
* Orders must be picked up at the scheduled time and location.
* Failure to pick up your order may result in forfeiture without refund.
If we cancel your order due to circumstances within our control, a full refund will be issued.
Special or custom orders may not be eligible for cancellation.
6. Food Safety & Assumption of Risk
Customers are responsible for the proper storage, handling, and preparation of all products after pickup or delivery.
Holland Legacy Farms is not responsible for:
* Improper refrigeration or freezing
* Cross-contamination
* Improper cooking or preparation
* Failure to follow safe food handling practices
Consumption of raw or undercooked meats, poultry, or eggs may increase the risk of foodborne illness, particularly for children, elderly individuals, pregnant women, or those with compromised immune systems.
By purchasing our products, you acknowledge and assume these inherent risks.
7. Delivery & Risk of Loss
If delivery is offered:
* Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery.
* Customers must ensure someone is available to receive perishable goods.
* We are not responsible for spoilage due to unattended deliveries.
For farm pickup orders, responsibility transfers at the time of pickup.
8. On-Farm Visits & Events
From time to time, Holland Legacy Farms may host farm visits, workshops, or educational events.
Agricultural environments carry inherent risks, including but not limited to:
* Interaction with livestock
* Uneven terrain
* Farm equipment
* Processing tools
By attending any on-farm event, you acknowledge these risks and agree to assume responsibility for your safety.
We reserve the right to require separate liability waivers for certain activities.
