Raising Real Food With Purpose
Holland Legacy Farms is a small, family-run farm in Honey Grove, Texas, dedicated to raising nutrient-dense, pasture-raised food the honest way. Every animal we raise lives on fresh grass, under the open sky, and with the care and respect they deserve. Our goal is simple: provide food you can trust and help restore the health of the land and the people who eat from it.
How Our Farming Journey Began
We didn’t grow up farming. We started as two food-loving Texans with a backyard garden near Dallas. But after attending a homesteading conference, everything changed. We saw firsthand how disconnected people were from their food — and we felt called to be part of the solution.
Sidney came with a background as a U.S. Air Force carpenter, and Toryann brought years of experience helping people in eye care. Together, we stepped into agriculture with zero experience, a lot of determination, and a mission to raise food with integrity, transparency, and heart.
Our Farming Philosophy
We believe animals should have one bad moment — never a bad life. That’s why everything we do begins with humane care and regenerative land management. Our animals are rotated to fresh pasture, allowing them to forage naturally while improving the soil beneath their feet.

We’re hands-on farmers who believe good food starts with good stewardship. Whether we’re rotating broilers, moving sheep across fresh pasture, raising heritage pork, or teaching workshops, we take pride in raising animals with intention and honesty.
