At Holland Legacy Farms, we take pride in raising high-quality pasture-raised products with care and integrity. Because we sell perishable food products, we have specific policies regarding refunds, returns, and exchanges.

Food & Perishable Products

Due to the perishable nature of meat, eggs, broth, and other farm products, all sales are generally final. We do not accept returns on food products once they have left our possession.

However, customer satisfaction is important to us. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup or delivery at [email protected] with:

* Your name

* Order number

* Description of the issue

* Photos, if applicable

We may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund on a case-by-case basis for:

* Incorrect orders

* Damaged products

* Products that arrive unsafe or improperly handled during delivery

* Quality concerns verified by Holland Legacy Farms

Egg Orders

Because eggs are fragile and perishable, cracked eggs or shipping damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and damaged eggs.

We are not responsible for delays, mishandling, or damage caused by shipping carriers once the package has been transferred to the carrier, but we will do our best to help resolve any issues.

Farm Pickups & Missed Orders

Customers are responsible for picking up orders during the scheduled pickup window unless prior arrangements are made.

Orders not picked up may be subject to forfeiture without refund due to the perishable nature of our products.

Subscription Orders / CSA Programs

Subscription or CSA orders may be canceled prior to the next billing cycle. Once an order has been processed or prepared, refunds are not guaranteed.

Workshops & Farm Events

Workshop and event tickets are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by Holland Legacy Farms. If you cannot attend, please contact us as early as possible and we may offer credit toward a future event at our discretion.
