Beef Stir Fry made with Piedmontese Fajita Strips

Ingredients:

  • 1 Lb Package Fajita meat. Be sure to thoroughly thaw the Beef. After thawing, dry the meat and if needed, cut into smaller strips.

  • Marinade

  • 3 Cloves Garlic Minced

  • 1 Inch Fresh Ginger Root Peeled and Minced

  • ¼ Cup Soy Sauce

  • 2 Tbls. Rice Vinegar

  • 1.5 Tbls. Sesame Oil

  • 1 Tbls. Sugar

  • Red Chili Flakes to Taste

  • 2 Tbls Toasted Sesame Seeds

  • Corn Starch Optional

Equipment:

Wok or Large Skillet You will need a wok or a large skillet. Size is important, as a larger pan will better hold the heat - which is needed to execute this recipe.

Beef Fajitas

Ingredients:

  • 1 Lb.Piedmontese Fajita Strips

  • 1/2 cup olive oil

  • 3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

  • 1/3 cup fresh-squeezed lime juice

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 Tbsp. cumin

  • 1 Tbsp. chili powder

  • 1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes

  • 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. black pepper

  • 1 Tbsp. sugar

  • 2 medium onions, halved and sliced

  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced

  • 1 orange bell pepper, sliced

  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced

  • 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced

  • Oil, for frying

  • Flour tortillas, warmed 1 2

Quesadillas & Taco Filling

Ingredients:

  • 1 chuck roast

  • 1/2 c bone or beef broth

  • 1/4 c apple cider vinegar

  • 1/4 fresh lime juice

  • 1can of chipotle peppers in adobo sauce (small can, chopped)

  • 4-6 garlic cloves (chopped)

  • 1 tbsp ground cumin

  • 1/4 tsp ground cloves 3-5 bay leaves.

     

Equipment:

Cutting board, knife, bowl, measuring cups/spoons, slow cooker, forks, tongs.
