This invoice is for a nonrefundable deposit for 1 Full Processed Piedmontese beef. Details of total cost and breakdown follow below

$5.50 per lb of Hanging Weight, plus processing fees. Average hanging weight is approximately 600 lb.

Finished product is approximately 400 lbs of mouthwatering beef directly from our farm. This is for deposit only, the remainder will be paid at processing. We will contact you when processing is completed to arrange final payment and delivery.

For those with the freezer space, this option can set your family up with the highest quality protein choices for the entire year. Whether you choose to custom order your cuts directly from the processor or go with our more convenient fixed weight half, we will be here to guide you through the process.

All packaged beef is sold per pound. Below is an example based on the minimum beef quantity. Final due at fulfillment will be invoiced once the order is put together. 

EXAMPLE: Non-refundable Deposit of $1000 DUE TODAY, balance due before shipment from processor. Total: $4100-$4300 estimated including processing fees. Final total will be dependent on actual hanging weight. Shipping arrangements will need to be made for distances greater than 150 miles from our farm.
